I have been teaching Hatha Yoga in Hamburg in the tradition of Swami Sivananda for more than 10 years now.

Several years ago, I discovered painting as another passion for me.

I started to paint on canvases with acrylics, followed by all forms of mandalas, until I discovered the painting of dot mandalas on stones and so my mandala stones and later also the dot mandalas were born.

In the studio section I will show you which tools I use for my mandala stones and will give helpful tips and tricks to start this beautiful hobby.
